Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our landscaping team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project execution across various landscaping projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and effective coordination with engineers, architects, and construction teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying & Site Analysis

• Conduct land surveys using surveying equipment to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and site conditions.
• Carry out boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys.
• Assess site conditions and identify potential design or construction challenges.

Data & Documentation

• Prepare and interpret survey maps, drawings, sketches, and technical reports.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, measurements, and calculations.
• Prepare survey documentation and legal descriptions for official submissions.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams during project execution.
• Provide technical surveying support to site and construction teams.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute technical input when required.

Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety standards, local regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and permits when needed.

Operations & Equipment Management

• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Supervise and coordinate field survey crews for smooth site operations.

Project Support

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in landscaping surveying is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
