Landscaping experience in UAE is must.

· Conduct surveys using advanced surveying equipment to establish property boundaries, elevations, contours, and other relevant features.

· Prepare and interpret maps, sketches, and reports to guide landscape design and construction activities.

· Collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to integrate survey data into project designs.

· Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain survey equipment and tools in proper working condition.

· Provide guidance and support to construction teams based on survey findings.

· Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

· Conduct site assessments and analysis to identify potential issues or challenges.

· Oversee the preparation and submission of legal descriptions and survey reports.

· Ensure that all survey work complies with safety standards and regulations.

· Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and methodologies.

· Assist in the development and implementation of project timelines and budgets.
