Biota is growing and looking for a fun, creative and innovative person to join our tight-knit residential landscape design + build firm. We work with our clients to find sustainable and unique solutions for their landscapes. We offer a generous benefit package with work life balance as a key component of our culture.

This position requires strong communication skills, impeccable time management abilities, experience in design and construction, and a strong attention to detail. This role works directly with the client from initial contact, through conception and construction completion. Position is bonus eligible.

Is this you?

  • Experience designing and installing creative and unique residential landscapes
  • Preparation and coordination of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents
  • Preparation of project graphics, 2D and 3D visualization for client presentation
  • Creation of construction details and technical specifications
  • Experience working within a budget and ability to produce cost estimates
  • Strong plant identification and knowledge of growth habits and maintenance requirements
  • Solid communication skills, written and oral
  • Professional licensure is a plus

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
