Role Overview

This role oversees daily commercial landscape maintenance and snow operations. You will manage field crews, monitor job progress, and ensure work is completed according to schedules, budgets, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily work schedules for crews

Visit job sites to verify quality, productivity, and safety

Ensure jobs are completed according to contract specifications

Monitor labor hours and job costs

Resolve field issues and keep operations running smoothly

Supervise crew leaders and enforce company standards

Support snow operations during winter events

About the Work

Moscarino Landscape + Design provides commercial landscape maintenance and snow services for HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio.

This is a hands on operations role for someone who takes pride in running efficient, organized crews and delivering consistent results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
