Landscape Crew Leader/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader to oversee landscape construction, planting and grading. In this role, you will be the back bone of the jobsite leading a skilled crew and managing the day-to-day installations, and ensuring the projects are executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilites & Duties:

• Crew Leadership & operations
• Onsite - Project management
• Blueprint Execution
• Professional communication with the design team and clients
• Field Installation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid driver's license: clean driving record is mandatory. Experience hauling trailers is required
• Horticultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of plant identification (botanical/common names) and proper planting techniques.
• Technical Skills: Installing low-voltage lighting systems and operating standard landscape machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators)
• Team Player Mindset: Emphasis on professionalism in all categories- punctuality, work ethic, and respect for crew members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
