Landscape Crew Leader - with experience in the industry

What You’ll Do

• Lead hardscape and landscape installation crews on high-end residential projects
• Build paver patios, walkways, steps, dry-laid retaining walls, planting installations, and outdoor living spaces
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, layouts, and grades
• Oversee excavation, grading, base preparation, drainage, and proper installation techniques
• Keep crews productive, organized, and working efficiently throughout the day
• Maintain professional, safe, and clean job sites
• Communicate with management and clients professionally when needed
• Complete daily paperwork, time tracking, and job documentation
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hardscape or landscape construction experience
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience required
• Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, excavation, landscape lighting, and drainage
• Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or compact equipment
• Ability to read plans and understand layout and elevations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Masonry experience is a plus, but not required
