Landscape Crew Leader / Working Foreman

High-End Residential Landscape & Outdoor Living Projects
Location: Twin Cities South Metro / Farmington Area
Pay: $25–35/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Typical hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Gopherscapes is a growing landscape design-build company specializing in premium outdoor transformations. We build patios, retaining walls, planting installations, and complete outdoor spaces—not high-volume mow-and-blow work.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Working Foreman who can lead a crew, maintain quality, and help keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–4 team members on job sites
• Read plans and execute projects according to design intent
• Operate equipment (mini skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Work alongside the crew and stay hands-on
• Maintain high standards for prep, grading, planting, hardscape installation, and site cleanliness
• Coordinate materials, daily planning, and morning crew organization
• Professionally communicate with homeowners on-site

Requirements

• 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscape experience
• 1+ years leading or supervising a crew
• Experience reading plans and layouts
• Equipment operation experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to drive truck and trailer strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Takes pride in high-quality work
