Landscape Crew Leadman – Black Diamond Landscaping | ATX

Black Diamond Landscaping is growing and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Crew Leadman to join our Maintenance Division at our ATX location. In this role, you'll work closely alongside the Crew Lead to support daily field operations, help direct the crew, and ensure every job site reflects the quality and professionalism Black Diamond Landscaping is known for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Crew Lead in managing daily job site operations and workflow
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the crew when the Crew Lead is unavailable
• Help onboard and guide newer crew members in the field
• Verify quality standards are met before departing each job site
• Perform all standard crew duties including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, mulching, and planting
• Maintain equipment and enforce job site safety protocols
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites safely and responsibly (if licensed)
• Represent Black Diamond Landscaping professionally with clients at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping experience
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation to our designated meeting location
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to take direction and lead by example

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, or blowers
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role on a landscape crew
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
