We are currently looking for two dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our tight-knit team for the season and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hardscape Installation: Assist in building premium paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and fire pits.
• Softscape & Finishing: Install high-quality plant materials, mulch, and turf to give our custom builds a flawless finish.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers) and use power tools/saws with precision.
• Site Prep & Detail Work: Handle excavation, grading, base preparation, and ensure the job site is clean, safe, and professional daily.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly under our Project/Horticulture Managers to bring 3D designs to life efficiently.

What We Look For:

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in landscape, landscape construction, hardscaping, masonry, or general construction preferred (but we will train the right attitude).
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong eye for detail. You take pride in a job well done.
• Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors in various Ohio weather conditions and comfortably lift up to 50–80 lbs consistently.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop/job sites is required.
• Military Experience a Plus: As a veteran-operated business, we highly value the discipline, leadership, and teamwork skills of former service members.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
