Landscape Crew Member

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will assist with landscape installation, lawn maintenance, and general outdoor labor to help maintain attractive and safe properties for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaped areas
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge clippers
• Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and trash from job sites
• Assist with mulching, pruning, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly
• Work efficiently as part of a crew in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
