Landscape Crew Member & Driver Position

Full‑time | Monday–Friday | Pay DOE

Growing Edge Landscape & Design is hiring a dependable Landscape Crew Member & Driver to support our field production teams. This role combines hands‑on landscape installation work with safe, responsible operation of company vehicles.

About the Role

As a Landscape Crew Member & Driver, you will help transport the crew to job sites, assist with installation tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Reliability, teamwork, and safe driving habits are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation, plantings, mulching, grading, and general labor
• Load, unload, and secure tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and job sites
• Follow daily schedules and instructions from the Crew Leader
• Support a positive, respectful, team‑focused work environment

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Experience in landscape or construction installation is a plus (not required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary by season)
• 40 hours per week, 8- or 10-hour shifts or combination
• Pay based on experience (DOE)
