Landscape Crew Members, Mowers & Porters (Full-Time)

State Street Properties / RIO Real Estate provides maintenance services to over 100 commercial properties in the Denver area. We are looking for Landscapers, Mowers, and Porters to join our team for year-round work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Crew Members

• Perform landscape installation projects
• Complete property cleanup and weed removal
• Report service needs to supervisor/manager
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Demonstrate honesty, initiative, and reliability

Mowers

• Operate stand-behind and riding mowers
• Perform edging, property cleanup, and weed removal
• Report service needs to supervisor/manager
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Demonstrate honesty, initiative, and reliability

Porters

• Perform property cleanup and weed removal
• Apply herbicides in rock beds, sod areas, and sidewalks
• Must have a dependable vehicle for work
• Report service needs to supervisor/manager
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Demonstrate honesty, initiative, and reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2years of landscaping experience (residential or commercial)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to tow trailer
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day shift (typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Year-round work – includes snow removal services during winter months
• 32–40 hours per week

• Must be able to commute or relocate before starting

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
