Join our residential landscape design team and be part of a collaborative, client- focused team where your ideas will help shape beautiful, functional, outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in designing custom residential landscapes design plans, drawings, and 3D renderings – from cozy courtyards to full backyard transformations
• Support the design team with site measurements, base plans, planting layouts, and hardscape concepts
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas to clients
• Source materials, plants, and outdoor features based on client needs and budgets
• Participate in client meetings and help translate ideas into beautiful, functional designs
• Work collaboratively with team members across design, construction, and maintenance

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree or coursework in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field
• A strong interest in residential design, outdoor living, and garden aesthetics
• Proficiency in design tools like Structure Studios, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (or willingness to learn)
• Eye for detail, color, spatial layout and design aesthetics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and contribute to a creative team
