Landscape Designer

Meise Design Group is a rapidly growing luxury outdoor design-build firm specializing in high-end outdoor living environments, custom pools, hardscape installations, and full-property transformations. We are seeking a talented Draftsperson / Landscape Designer who is proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software to join our in-office team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to turn conceptual designs into accurate, build-ready plans. Project management and job sequencing experience are strong pluses.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential landscape projects
• Draft site plans, pool plans, hardscape layouts, planting plans, lighting layouts, and construction details
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings (SketchUp, Lumion, Pool Studio, etc.)
• Revise plans based on design updates and client feedback
• Work closely with project managers to ensure plans meet construction standards
• Assist with job sequencing, workflow organization, and plan documentation
• Maintain consistent drawing standards, layers, and file organization

Required Skills

• Highly proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Experience with 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, Pool Studio, etc.)
• Strong understanding of landscape design, pool design, hardscape materials, grading, and construction plans
• Ability to read and interpret surveys, measurements, and engineering/architectural drawings
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Project management experience
• Job sequencing / construction workflow knowledge
• Background in landscape architecture, or a design build company
• Familiarity with Arizona plants, materials, and construction methods
