Landscape Designer and Sales Consultant

Brothers Landscaping & Outdoor Living is a growing Design Build Landscape/Hardscape company specializing in outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, and high-quality landscape installations. We are looking for a motivated, professional Landscape Designer and Sales Representative to help drive profitable growth and deliver an excellent client experience.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, meeting with clients, preparing accurate proposals, and closing profitable landscape and hardscape projects. This role requires strong communication skills, basic construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project needs
• Design and sell landscape and hardscape projects (patios, pavers, retaining walls, drainage, turf, plantings, etc.)
• Use our CRM System LMN to bid and propose accurate estimates
• Follow up with leads and close deals in a timely manner
• Maintain CRM notes, pipeline updates, and sales reports
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Landscape/Hardscape Design and Sales
• Knowledge in Horticulture, Irrigation, Hardscaping, Outdoor Lighting, and Design Practice beneficial
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Use of AutoCAD, Dynascape, Structure Studios, Realtime Architect, or other Computer Aided Design programs preferred
• Ability to sell profitable work, not just volume
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in the field and in an office settingCompensation & Benefits
