We are currently looking for a Landscape Designer / Estimator to join our team.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in transforming client ideas into clear, buildable designs and accurate project estimates. You will work closely with ownership and the production team to help projects move smoothly from concept through construction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative design with practical construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and document existing conditions
• Create 2D landscape designs for residential projects
• Develop planting plans and material selections
• Prepare project estimates using JobTread
• Calculate material quantities and labor hours
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare proposal materials and assist with revisions
• Help ensure projects are ready for production handoff

Qualifications

• Landscape design experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred
• Landscape design certificate from an accredited program considered in place of a degree
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Understanding of landscape construction and design-build workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
