Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management.
• Oversee landscaping construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications.
• Lead and motivate a team of crew members, providing clear instructions, training, and support to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment for everyone on site.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to guarantee it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and machinery for landscape operations.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of plant health care, pruning techniques, soil management, and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
