Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscape projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management.
• Lead construction projects such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, and outdoor features from start to finish.
• Monitor and perform tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote healthy growth.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; conduct regular safety briefings with team members.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and horticultural best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with a strong focus on lawn care and gardening.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general landscape construction.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with tools used in gardening and maintenance tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
