The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead residential and commercial installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily operations of an installation/enhancement crew
• Install brick pavers, retaining walls, sod, plantings, mulch, and other landscape features
• Read and execute project plans and blueprints accurately
• Operate equipment including bobcat, dingo, sod cutter, cement saws, chainsaws, rototiller, aerators, and power washers
• Maintain job site safety, quality standards, and productivity
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 year of installation and/or maintenance experience
• Prior foreman or crew leader experience preferred
• Chauffeur’s license required (CDL preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and accountability
• Ability to work outdoors and manage a team efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
