Landscape Installer

Urban Horticulture Design is looking for 1-2 individuals to join our team to work on an upcoming project this summer. You will be working directly with the principal designers on the installation newly redesigned residential landscape on Lake Cochituate in Natick, MA as well as some additional projects in the Greater Boston area.

We are currently hiring Landscape Installers for this upcoming project. In this position you will work on all aspects of translating a landscape design into a finished product. Responsibilities may include planting, grading, paver installation, fine carpentry, and plant care. Throughout the course of this project, you will be involved in all aspects of bringing a landscape design to life and gain an understanding of working within a wetland area buffer.

If you are interested in landscape design/installation this is a great opportunity for you to work with a small firm and learn all aspects of landscape installation.

This is a seasonal position with the potential for growth. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Own transportation to the site is required. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.

Starting pay is $20-$30/hour depending on experience.

Urban Horticulture Design is a boutique landscape design/installation firm working primarily in the Greater Boston area with projects ranging from Provincetown, MA to Napa, CA. We work in scales from small urban gardens to property master plans. Principals Andrew Leonard and Alexia Morosco have combined over 50 years in the horticulture and design field.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
