Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, overseeding, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and vibrant
• Maintain landscape areas through pruning, trimming trees and bushes, and performing general gardening duties
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks to preserve the aesthetic appeal of properties
• Follow safety protocols during all construction activities and use of equipment to prevent accidents

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate tools and equipment safely
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as stump grinders, bobcats, skid steers, dingos, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, construction, snow plowing, and tree trimming

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
