Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires a willingness to learn and apply various landscaping techniques.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Engage in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating landscaping equipment.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is a plus.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with hand tools used in landscaping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care, tree trimming, and general landscaping practices.
