Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform digging, planting, and garden maintenance tasks to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Assist in building hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy plant growth.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Carry out general groundskeeping duties including mowing lawns, edging, and weeding.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques, including planting, watering, and fertilization.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
