Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
Join our team as a Landscape Laborer or Foreman and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping and horticultural, and construction tasks to ensure our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties

• Landscape maintenance tasks include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, planting, pruning, and installing ground cover.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic landscaping equipment.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members

Skills

• Basic horticulture knowledge to support plant health and landscape design principles
• Ability to perform gardening tasks with attention to detail in maintaining aesthetic appeal
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
