Landscape Team Member – Sunny Landscaping LLC

Overview

Sunny Landscaping LLC is looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our growing landscaping and hardscaping team. As a Landscape Team Member, you will help transform residential and commercial properties throughout the Richmond and surrounding Virginia areas through high-quality outdoor services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.

Our projects include mulching, planting, grading, gravel driveway installation, drainage solutions, property cleanups, hardscape installation, and more. We value reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.

## Duties

- Assist with landscape maintenance including mulching, edging, planting, pruning, and property cleanups

- Install gravel driveways, decorative rock, topsoil, and other landscape materials

- Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, fire pits, retaining walls, and drainage systems

- Operate hand tools, power tools, compact equipment, mini skid steers, and trailers safely and efficiently

- Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment

- Assist with grading, soil preparation, and lawn installation projects

- Perform seasonal work including leaf removal, storm cleanup, and general property maintenance

- Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicles

- Follow all company safety procedures and represent Sunny Landscaping LLC professionally on job sites

## Qualifications

- Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required — willing to train motivated individuals

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day

- Experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus

- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Must be respectful to customers, coworkers, and client property
