Landscape Laborer (Full-Time or Part-Time) — Madison's Landscapes

About Us:

Madison's Landscapes is a small, growing landscape company in Stillwater. Maintenance, installs, hardscape, and snow. You'll work directly with the owner, learn fast, and have a real shot at a lead role if you're solid.

The Work:

Maintenance, installs, hardscape, and snow plowing in winter. General site work — tools organized, trailer clean, jobs looking sharp.

What We're Looking For:

• On time, every day
• Hard worker — physical outdoor work, 7 AM start
• Takes pride in the finished product
• Coachable — prefer experience.
• Reliable transportation to Stillwater
• Can lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather

Bonus:

Landscape/construction experience, skid steer, paver work.

What You Get:

• $20-26/hr DOE, bi-weekly direct deposit, OT after 40
• Year-round work (landscape + snow)
