Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Our Maintenance Crew Leaders are responsible for the quality control of the crew, ensuring that our clients yards looks their very best each week. Crew leader will mow grass, trim and edge mulch beds and curbs, pull weeds and spray herbicides when necessary. They are responsible for keeping track of timesheets on iPad and relaying information to the customer and/or the office staff.

Routes are scheduled as four 10-hours days, Monday - Thursday, with Friday intended as a make-up day or day to help other crews finish up weekly work.

​Applicants must have a clean driving record, valid driver's license and 2+ years of experience leading a crew. Must be able to lift 40lbs and endure all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hour work week

7am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday used as make up day. Year-round work available.

Pay: Hourly pay rate is based on experience. $18-$25
