LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

This role is for someone who has strong horticultural knowledge, leadership and organizational skills to perform garden maintenance and effectively manage a team of people. Must have at least 2 years experience managing landscape maintenance sites and a team of gardeners. This is a Full time, year round position.

Job responsibilities:

● Primary duty is to provide exceptional maintenance services for the gardens we service.

● You will be expected to provide constant feedback with the Maintenance Account Manager regarding site issues, scheduling, equipment and efficient use of company staff and vehicles. Including uploading site specific photos and notes.

● Diagnose and facilitate the resolution of customer problems or concerns on site or through the Account Manager in a timely manner.

● Consistently train staff under your supervision regarding horticulture and site specific requirements. Be a mentor.

● Make sure maintenance supplies are stocked on vehicles as needed.

● Manage your assigned work vehicle- Check vehicle in morning for safety issues, make sure vehicle is fully stocked with supplies, manage parking and meters and vehicle route. Benefits:

● Base Salary: $32.00+ per hour (pay based upon experience)

● Yearly end of year holiday bonus.

● Participation in company IRA savings plan after 1 year of employment.

● 5 vacation days and 5 personal days + company approved federal holidays.
