About the Role

As part of our Landscape Maintenance crew, you’ll help keep some of Bozeman’s most beautiful properties looking their best. Most of the summer is spent on weekly lawn maintenance and trimming, with Spring and Fall focused on landscape and bed cleanups.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to landscaping, we’re ready to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily residential and commercial lawn mowing, trimming, and general turf care.
• Spring and Fall cleanup of landscape beds and property grounds.
• Safe, proper use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer with mowing equipment (preferred; will train).
• Maintain consistency and quality in all work performed.
• Follow (simple) irrigation and landscape installation directions.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, the season is May to November.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Consistently, and safely.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to shop, then use of company vehicle(s).
• Previous turf or plant experience is a plus, yet not required.
• Bi-lingual skills (Spanish and English) a plus, also not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for some positions).
