Landscape Maintenance Field Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Maintenance Field Manager to lead our landscaping teams in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to landscape maintenance, horticulture, lawn care, irrigation, and tree care. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repair, and general gardening tasks.
• Lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians and crew members to achieve daily goals while maintaining safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Plan and schedule work assignments for team members based on project priorities and seasonal demands.
• Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools, ensuring maintenance and safety procedures are followed consistently.
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand specific landscaping requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Train staff on horticultural best practices, safety procedures, and new landscaping techniques or technologies.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping management with a strong background in lawn care, horticulture, or gardening.
• Supervising experience leading teams in landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree and lawn care practices, and general horticultural principles.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to landscape projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
