Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to promote healthy turf growth
• Maintain landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening activities
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently and safely
• Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, and small excavators for landscape enhancement projects
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering practices
• Support hardscape construction tasks like setting pavers or installing retaining walls under supervision
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff
• Perform routine landscape maintenance including debris removal, mulching, and soil preparation
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with equipment like excavators or power tools
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects such as landscape redesigns or tree care initiatives

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment safely and effectively
