Landscape maintenance Labor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Labor to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be capable of operating various tools and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscape care, horticulture, and construction-related activities while contributing to beautiful and well-maintained landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim trees, prune shrubs, and perform general gardening duties
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems
• Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Assist with planting, fertilizing, watering.
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
• Perform tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, irrigation systems, or excavators is a plus
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques such as hardscape installation or tree trimming is beneficial
• Experience with snow plowing or other seasonal outdoor maintenance tasks is advantageous
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
