We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team in maintaining a private estate. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in landscape and facility maintenance, and has a genuine appreciation for outdoor work.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Maintain all lawns, trees, gardens, and shrubbery through regular mowing, edging, fertilizing, and seasonal care
• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and maintain safety
• Upkeep of parking areas, including trash removal, weeding, sweeping, and general facility cleanliness
• Maintain equipment, lighting, and perform general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Identify and report horticultural-related problems such as pest infestations, disease, erosion, or drainage issues
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with safety regulations and best practices
• Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, snow and ice management, mulching, and planting
• Monitor and operate irrigation systems to ensure appropriate watering schedules
• Support event preparation and cleanup as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture, turf management, and plant care preferred
• Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions

• Full-Time 32-40 hours per week with potential for seasonal variation
• Primarily outdoor work across a large acreage property

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
