Nature’s Edge Landscaping is looking for a highly responsible and experienced manager to help oversee and grow daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Landscaping industry experience required

- Business and management experience required

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage crews, schedules, customers, and job quality

- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

- Ability to problem solve and handle responsibility without constant supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee crews and daily operations

- Help manage scheduling and workflow

- Communicate with customers

- Ensure job quality and efficiency

- Assist with estimates, logistics, and team leadership
