We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Production Coordinator to provide effective administrative, communication, and data-driven support to our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) in Germantown, WI. General Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role (four years or more experience preferred).

Two-year degree from an accredited college/university in secretarial/administrative studies is preferred.

Landscape or construction industry background is highly beneficial.

Strong multi-tasking skills.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Willingness to learn computer software tools.

Solution-driven problem-solving abilities.

Process improvement oriented.

Values updated documentation of work procedures.

"Diggers Hotline" safety training certification or ability to achieve.

Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
-
Provide overall administrative support for the LMD Production Manager and the overall department.
-
Provide administrative support for LMD Production Supervisors as requested.

Utilize technology/computers/copy machines to enhance the LMD Production Coordinator function and make information more readily available to management.

Assist the LMD Production Manager in communicating with LMD Purchasing Coordinator/s any necessary materials needed for projects.

Ability to work closely with groups of people, including company employees at all levels, suppliers, and other outside professionals who the company engages with on a regular basis.

Develop LMD production schedules, when needed, for spring clean-up, fertilization, herbicide, trim/shape, field mowing, mulching, etc.

Keep upper management informed of all problems, actual or potential.

Monitor schedule and whereabouts of all management personnel in LMD and be able to locate them for clients, crews, supervisors, and management.

Perform all duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision.
