Position Overview:

Are you a talented Landscape Sales Designer looking to grow your career? Join our expanding team at Bates Landscaping, where we pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships and delivering innovative, high-quality landscape designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients through phone calls and on-site visits to understand their goals and vision
• Diagnose and solve landscape-related challenges on-site
• Design functional, creative, and visually appealing outdoor spaces
• Recommend solutions tailored to each property’s unique needs, grounded in best industry practices
• Accurately estimate materials, labor, and timelines for proposals
• Follow up with clients to close sales and generate new business
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with crews to ensure seamless project execution within scope and budget

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of sales and customer service experience
• 2+ years in the landscaping industry
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, and design principles (preferred)
• Proficiency with landscape design and estimating software
• Highly organized with the ability to set and meet monthly/yearly goals
• Positive, solutions-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
