Landscape Team Lead

The Role

Do you take pride in transforming properties, leading strong crews, and building something bigger than yourself? Everlast Landscape Group is looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to take ownership of our Landscape Maintenance Enhancement Crew.

This is not a “ride around in the truck” position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and knows how to keep crews motivated, properties looking sharp, and operations running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to leader in the field, making sure every property is maintained to Everlast standards: clean, crisp, efficient, and done right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead From the Front

Run and motivate your crew while creating a positive, high-energy work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.

Make Properties Stand Out

Oversee landscape maintenance services including:

• Mulching
• Pruning
• Bed maintenance
• Mowing
• Shrub trimming
• Weed control
• Seasonal cleanups

You’ll ensure jobs stay on schedule, within budget, and always exceed expectations.

Bring Landscapes to Life

Coordinate small landscape enhancements, planting projects, and property refreshes that elevate curb appeal and customer satisfaction.

Own the Details

We’re looking for someone who notices the little things before the customer does. Quality matters here — and you’ll set the standard.

Solve Problems Like a Pro

Weather changes? Equipment issues? Last-minute customer requests? You stay calm, think fast, and keep the day moving forward.

Create a Safe, Professional Crew

Maintain safe operations, proper PPE compliance, and ensure equipment is operated responsibly and professionally.

Operate Top-Tier Equipment

Use and oversee commercial landscape equipment including:

• Stand-on mowers
• Skid steers
• Hedge trimmers
• Chainsaws
• Trailers

What we are looking for in Leadership Experience

At least 2 years of experience leading crews in landscape maintenance operations.

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• Pruning techniques
• Plant health
• Mulching applications
• Seasonal maintenance
• Landscape enhancement installation

Dependability

You’re the type of person who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and gets the job done without needing constant oversight.

Strong Communication

Able to lead crews confidently while maintaining professional communication with clients and office staff.
