Landscape Technician

Job Overview

Your responsibilities will include garden planting and maintenance including weeding, edging garden beds, cleanup of tree branches and leaves, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.

• Mow, trim and edge lawns and other landscaped areas.

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs and trees.

• Fertilize and water plants as needed.

• Remove weeds and debris from the grounds.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

• Prepare and maintain flower beds and planters

• Follow safety protocols.

• Any other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.

• A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.

Working Conditions:

• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).

• You may encounter chemicals, dust and/or mites, but we ensure a safe and supportive environment

• You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to transport 50 lbs. consistently and with ease.

• Reach three feet.

• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.

• Remain in stationary positions for 30 minutes throughout the work shift.

• Operate various types of tools.

Job Type: Full-time
