Join our team as a Landscape Technician or Lawn Maintenance Technician!

We are hiring for multiple positions. As a member of our team you will be expected to be reliable, on time, work well with others and enjoy working outdoors.

For our landscaping crew we are looking for individuals that have experience with Driving trucks, trailers, operating equipment,working on retaining walls and patios , working with mulch, river rock , and installing brick edging, drainage , sod/ seeding etc .This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, develop your landscaping skills, and contribute to beautiful environments that clients love.

For our Lawn Maintenance crew we are looking for individuals that have experience driving trucks , trailers and Zero turn lawnmowers. You will need to know how to operate Stick trimmers for weed control, edgers, backpack blowers and have a good eye for detail.

In these energetic roles , you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, and public landscapes through skilled lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects. Your hands-on approach will ensure that every property looks pristine, healthy, and inviting. There is lots of opportunity for growth with in the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing and weed control to keep turf healthy and vibrant
• Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flowers with precision pruning and trimming
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like edging, trimming, planting, and installing landscape features
• Use machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment to assist with hardscape projects like patios or retaining walls
• Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Qualifications
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience working with landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Proven lawn care skills including mowing, trimming and weed management
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as pruning, planting, mulching, and hardscape installation
• Experience operating power tools like trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and excavators in a safe manner
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
