Landscape truck driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Truck Driver to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and crew to job sites while maintaining vehicles and assisting with landscaping tasks as needed. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and drive landscape trucks (e.g., dump trucks, flatbeds, or box trucks) to transport landscaping materials, equipment, and crew to job sites.

- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring trucks are in good working condition and reporting any maintenance needs.

- Load, secure, and unload materials such as mulch, soil, plants, and hardscape materials.

- Assist landscaping crew with tasks such as mowing, trimming and edging when not driving.

- Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on job sites.

Qualifications:

- Valid FL driver’s license;

- Physically fit to lift and carry heavy materials (up to [50-75] lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Knowledge of basic landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steers, mowers) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160.00 - $300.00 per day
