Landscape/Irrigation Crew Foreman

American Sprinkler is a local landscape business that is dedicated to serving the Spokane and surrounding areas no matter the job size. American Sprinkler is professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric company, we work 4- 10 hour days Monday through Thursday.

• We are looking for an experienced irrigation/landscape lead foremen who has the knowledge and ability to confidently complete all levels of landscape and irrigation installs including hardscaping and softscaping, as well as the ability to manage a crew and ensure timely completion of each project. This position works under the project manager. Someone who is well organized and can follow a schedule, has excellent communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to successfully work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a crew on projects
• Knowledge to complete projects independently, residential/commercial irrigation installs, pavers, retaining walls(boulder and block), planting, layout, etc.
• Attention to detail, and highly organized
• Communicate with customers about their projects
• Keep detailed and precise notes for each project, including all time and materials
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer
• Must have a clean driving record
