We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring proper irrigation and drainage.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through regular pruning and trimming.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Irrigate landscapes according to specific needs, ensuring optimal plant health.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties to enhance the overall appearance of properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment effectively.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently for various tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor settings.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
