Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about plants, landscaping techniques, and general outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities include planting, pruning, installing landscape materials, maintaining garden beds, operating landscaping equipment, and ensuring properties are clean and well-maintained.

• Be able to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions

Landscape crew members may occasionally receive customer tips for outstanding service, though tips are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools including trimmers and blowers efficiently and safely.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Implement lawn care routines including aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote lush lawns.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to support healthy growth and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance work.
• Mechanical knowledge of gardening equipment, power tools, and construction machinery such as excavators.
• Strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture principles, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with power tools is essential.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques including trimming and planting.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
