Landscaper

We’re hiring a skilled landscaper ready to step into a leadership role. If you know your way around mowers, mulch, pavers, and people—and you’re ready to lead a crew—this is a chance to grow with a fast-moving and respected local company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a 2–3 man crew on landscaping, lawn care, softscaping, and hardscaping projects
• Installing hardscapes: paver patios, retaining walls, stone edging, and steps
• Performing softscape work: mulching, planting, flower beds, landscape cleanups
• Training new crew members and maintaining high-quality standards on every job
• Operating zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other equipment
• Communicating with management to keep jobs on track
• Driving company vehicles (must have valid license)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance
• Experience with hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
• Knowledge of softscaping (planting, mulching, edging, etc.)
• Strong leadership ability or crew management experience
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the shop
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the company well
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
