About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a maintenance technician. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality results without constant supervision. You will be responsible for managing a route of properties and maintaining them to our company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent Operation: Safely drive the company vehicle and operate professional-grade mowing and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).

• Property Maintenance: Perform weekly mowing, edging, blowing, and general landscape upkeep according to our service schedule.

• Route Management: Safely navigate between job sites, manage your time efficiently, and ensure all scheduled properties are completed to a high standard.

• Professionalism: Serve as the face of the company at each property; maintain a tidy workspace and demonstrate respectful behavior.

Requirements

• Trustworthiness: Must have a clean driving record and a high level of personal integrity. You will be operating company assets independently.

• Reliability: Proven ability to manage a schedule and work unsupervised.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
