Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Hardscape/Softscape Landscape Construction Laborer and Foreman at Exterior Land Development LLC. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing and overseeing physical labor tasks such as installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, garden beds, water features, and more. The role involves site preparation, operating landscaping equipment, ensuring proper execution of designs, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Foreman will also be responsible for supervising teams, managing schedules, and coordinating with clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years experience
• Able to work year-round
• Hands-on skills in hardscape and softscape construction, including installing patios, retaining walls, planting, and other landscaping tasks
• Experience operating machinery and equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and mini-excavators
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and supervise a crew effectively
• Strong understanding of landscaping designs, construction techniques, and safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport materials and tools when necessary
• Previous experience in hardscape, softscape, or landscape construction is highly preferred
• Pay depends on experience and knowledge
