Landscaper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician or landscaper to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning

- Drive company truck when necessary
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Assist with landscape construction projects, including installing hardscapes and planting new landscapes
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure that all work is completed according to established safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Experience landscape work preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, including growing conditions and maintenance requirements
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Requirements:

- Valid Florida drivers license

- Minimun 2 years of experience

- Good driving record

Optional skills:

- Be bilingual Spanish/English

- Be able to work at least 40hrs per week M-F with some Saturdays

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
