We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Landscape & Hardscape Installer to join our growing crew.

Job Summary

We are seeking an all-around outdoor professional who can execute both "soft" landscaping and "hard" construction elements. The ideal candidate isn't just someone who maintains yards—you know how to build them. You have hands-on experience pouring concrete, installing stone or paver patios, laying artificial turf perfectly, and handling trees and tropical plants to make every property look pristine.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardscaping & Concrete: Assist in the layout, excavation, leveling, and installation of paver patios, walkways, and basic concrete work.
• Artificial Turf Installation: Prepare sub-base surfaces, cut, seam, secure, and spread infill for premium synthetic grass projects.
• Planting & Tree Care: Install trees, tropical shrubs, sod, and flowers safely and properly according to layout designs.
• Property Transformations: Perform yard cleanups, grading, mulching, and final detailing to ensure a high-end, polished look.
• Tools & Equipment: Safely operate standard landscaping and light construction equipment (e.g., sod cutters, plate compactors, wheelbarrows, and power tools).
• Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site from start to finish.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping AND hardscaping (specifically patios, concrete, or turf).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, precision cutting/measuring (especially for turf and pavers), and a solid eye for outdoor aesthetics.
• Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor in the South Florida climate (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, bending, shoveling).
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Communication: Ability to follow detailed work orders and work effectively as part of a team. (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a major plus).
• License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites or meeting points preferred.
