Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas tidy and attractive
• Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
• Conduct gardening activities like planting, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control to promote healthy growth
• Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and other landscaping projects with precision
• Maintain the health of lawns and gardens through regular care routines including aeration and overseeding
• Assist with landscape design projects by preparing sites and installing new plantings or features

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscape upkeep techniques
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, digging, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed
• Basic understanding of gardening practices such as planting, fertilizing, pruning, and weed control

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
