Landscaping Crew Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate daily landscaping operations. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers, ensuring that all projects—from lawn care and gardening to new landscape installs and landscaping maintenance —are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping professionals, assigning tasks and monitoring progress throughout each project
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, gardening, and horticulture
• Coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish
• Provide hands-on support with construction tasks such as planting, soil preparation, fencing, and hardscape installation
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and environmental compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture
• Experience with tree care practices such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining safety standards and high-quality work
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance for tools used in landscaping and construction tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
